By Post: Make your product selection on our website, but instead of clicking to confirm you order, print a copy of the contents of your shopping basket. You can do this through our website by placing the items you require in your shopping basket and then clicking on the "Quote for non-mainland UK delivery" button. For standard items, charges for postage and packaging for delivery to mainland UK are calculated according to your total order value. Delivery costs as follows:
Items that require special handling fall outside the above delivery scale, and cannot be ordered online at present. We have provided an enquiry form for these items so that you can email us, and we will contact you with delivery details. Items that are held in stock are dispatched within 3 working days, and we certainly expect to be able to deliver your order within 14 days. If we are unable to do so we will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date. (back to top)  Cancelling your order A cooling off period of 7 working days and an unconditional 'no quibble' right to cancel during that period is provided on all goods supplied. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which notice was sent, ensuring that you have the full cooling off period. If an order is cancelled, all money paid will be returned within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation is given. (back to top)  Returns PolicyAny product that is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery to you can either be refunded in full, including postage and packaging, or replaced, in which case we will refund your return postage costs. If for any reason you change your mind and want to return a product that you have received from us you may do so within 14 days of receipt, at your own cost. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items. Please contact us for a returns number, so that we can credit you with minimum delay when we receive the goods back.
